While our order processing times are somewhat back on track, our third party shipping partners USPS continue to experience challenges in certain parts of the country—so you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
Unfortunately this is out of our control, but we know they are doing their best to get shipments delivered as quickly as possible!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value deduction.
We value your business and we do all we can to make shopping online and amazing experience.
Shop Naomi is not Responsible for any USPS delays once USPS have your package. Once a package was shipped and delayed or shipping issue with Usps happens we are not responsible to reimburse shipping cost.
Shop Naomi is also not responsible for the package once USPS have it.
Once a package is marked as delivered to your address we are not responsible if you feel like you did not receive the item but it’s marked delivered issue must be resolved with usps By filing a missing item/package with them.
Shop Naomi isn’t responsible to keep track of package status once we send you a tracking number if you don’t see an update / scan in on your tracking within 48 hours please contact us via live chat on the site bottom right hand corner immediately.
once you contact us we need 48 hours to assist with package issues. Also note we are currently shipping out over 100 orders a day amend items are not automatically scanned in Usps the are drop in a Usps bin so please keep track of your check in and make sure to contact us if you don’t see an update with a 2-3 days
shop Naomi is allowed to choose to cancel out a order is we feel business isn’t being understood when it comes to Usps issues upon placing a hold on the package and it’s retrieved your order will automatically be cancel

Please note processing time applies to every order , so if your processing time is 1-3 business days on a item description than it is up to 3 business days processing plus the shipping method you selected.
Business days are Mon-Friday Saturday and Sunday is not included in processing time as the are not business days
example: If your order completes processing On Wednesday with us when you should get a label created email once item is complete then it may take Usps anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to have it updated as products are dropped off at the end of the business day and a USPS postal box.
if you order finish processing on a Friday and then that means you will receive a label created email then your package is dropped off from us to USPS that evening or following day (Saturday) and it may take 24 to 48 hours doing business days to get an update as weekends are closed and USPS does not process out.
So expect to see a scan from USPS an update on your tracking by the end of day on the following business day which is Monday and no later than Tuesday if you do not see an update by then and you can feel free to contact us for assistance.
PRE ORDER POLICY
All pre order items are final sale , no canceplease Note that pre-orders or items that is not yet an our Possession and it’s coming from a third-party vendor which means that expected ship date can change if there is a delay in shipment or defective product.
